Return of goods / Cancellation of Order

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us in its original condition, including all original packaging and documentation within 7 days of receiving your order. We do however reserve the right to charge for any carriage charges that may be involved.

Faulty Goods:
If you need to return a faulty item, or an item received as a result of a mistake by us, we will be happy to pay for the item to be returned to us.

Notes on returning Goods:

Prior to returning any item, please email Customer Services, with details of the products to be returned including order number / invoice etc. Customer Services will issue a returns number and advise on how to return the product to us.
