- Please include your full name, an order number and a contact telephone
number on all correspondence including a concise explanation of
the issue

- The First Aid Shop does not use generic responses; your e-mail is
dealt with on an individual basis.

- First Aid Shop handles a considerable amount of e-mails per working
day which takes an large effort to process, please allow a reasonable
amount of time to receive a reply.

- First Aid Shop can not maintain an up to the minute online stock system,
if items are missing from your order and the status appears as back
ordered in the My Account
section then the missing items have already shipped. Although the First
Aid Shop endeavours to carry enough stock to cover anticipated demand,
back orders are inevitable in this industry. When items are received
back orders get priority treatment and are shipped without carriage
cost.
